This beginner program is designed for athletes with little to no sports performance training experiences, but are looking to build a solid foundation of strength and athleticism. This program is 8 weeks divided into 3 days per week, with an optional fourth day, focusing on developing the whole body, with beginner conditioning and agility workouts as well. You will also get access to a community forum of all athletes in the program, as well as access to me as your coach.
This intermediate program is designed for athletes with 1+ years of performance training. This is a 10 week program divided into 3 phases. Each phase consists of a 4 day per week program focused on developing strength and power in the upper and lower body. Additional conditioning and agility workouts included as well. Full gym and open turf/field is required. (exercise substitutions will be provided) You will also get access to a community forum of all athletes in the program, as well as access to me as your coach.
This is an advanced level program for those looking to really take their athleticism's to the next level. This 5x per week double day program is for those who are truly looking to dedicate their summer to training. It is a 10 week program divided into 3, 3 week phases, and a recovery week in the middle. Focusing on developing upper and lower strength and power, elite level conditioning, increased vertical, and much more. Full gym and open turf/field required. (exercise substitutions will be provided) You will also get access to a community forum of all athletes in the program, as well as access to me as your coach.
