Are you a coach or club director looking for sports performance guidance for you team(s)?
NOVA can design custom training programs based on you team's goals and constraints, and provide you with the guidance via our online training software. We will provide everything you will need to coach your athletes through the program, or allow them to coach themselves; providing sets, reps, video demonstrations for each exercise, and explanations of our different triangle phases and periodization choices.
We can also provide guidance and "how-to's" for performance testing and explanations for why it matters for your athletes success.
